This conference room with TV and webcam with integrated audio is ideal for small presentations and phone or video meetings with everyone at the table able to be clearly seen and heard.

Use TV remote to turn on TV if present or do so manually.

A PC mounted underneath the table with keyboard and mouse is provided as well as an HDMI cable for connecting a laptop. Project screen contents using the Windows + 'P' keys and duplicate option, or via screen sharing on an Apple device.

If using a laptop, make sure it is signed into before connecting to the HDMI cable or your device may not be detected, causing you to have to possibly reboot.

Use webcam remote to zoom and pan.

If using the PC, please sign out but leave turned on.

Use the remote to turn off the TV.
