Operating Instructions
This room is configured with a PC, combo DVD/VCR video player, and TV for projection.
The TV and video player each have their own remote control.
The TV remote isn’t needed for input selection, but can be used to turn the TV on/off or TV volume.
The DVD/VHS remote is useful for DVD/VHS title selection, play, pause, etc.
The Crestron box is set to auto detect the PC screen.
Use the labeled buttons on the switcher remote to select input source if not auto-detected.
Select (Input 1, for PC) to display on the TV.
Select (Input 2, for DVD/VHS) to display on the TV.
Select (Input 3, for laptop) to display on the TV.
Please do not unplug or change existing cable connections.
An HDMI cable connects the PC to the Crestron box.
An auxiliary/HDMI cable connects the DVD/VHS player to the Crestron box.
An HDMI cable, connected to the Crestron box, is accessible for laptop connectivity.
An HDMI cable connects the Crestron box to the TV, (Input 1), for displaying all connections on the TV.
If no video is displaying on the PC and correct source is selected, please press the Windows + 'P' keys and choose 'duplicate'.
Sign out of the PC if used and turn off the TV using the remote.
Please leave the PC on.
Please turn off video components if used.
