Topping Room
TEMPORAY PROJECTOR USAGE: Simply press the power button on the projector. It is set to display the room PC’s screen. The panel is not operational at this time with the temporary projector. Please turn back off when finished.
If you are using the DVD player that's in the console, the touch panel should allow you to select it the way you usually do and still see the movie on the projector. If that doesn't work, you should be able to play the DVD from the computer.
Using a laptop is not supported in this configuration.
To Start/Power on System
The switch to lower the projector screen is located on the wall to the right of the front white board.
Tap touch screen control panel to wake it up and then touch the button labeled "Touch here to start".
If you don't see the button, shut down the system following those instructions, then press the touch screen to restart after a minute.
Make sure the PC is turned on and sign in.
To Project PC (including built-in DVD drive)
Select the source "Main PC" on the touch screen.
Wait for the projector to warm up.
To Project DVD/VHS Video
Select the source "DVD" or "VCR" on the touch screen.
Wait for the projector to warm up.
To play, fast-forward, or stop the video, you may either use the controls on the touch screen or the remote located on the podium.
If using the remote, make sure that the correct media type is pressed.

To Project Blu-ray Video
Select the source "Blu-ray" on the touch screen.
Wait for the projector to warm up.
Use the Blu-ray remote to control the video.
To Project Laptop
Sign into your laptop.
Connect the HDMI or VGA cable near the touch screen to you laptop.
Select "laptop" or "aux" on the touch screen depending on which cable you used to connect your laptop.
Wait for the projector to warm up.
To Adjust Volume
Always use the volume commands on the touch screen.
Do NOT adjust any knobs inside the cabinet.
If there is not sound, make sure the "mute" icon is not selected on the touch panel.
If using the external tabletop speakers, they are listed as “2-USB” speakers or Kimafun Mic = 3-USB.
To Shut down System
Users must shut down the system properly when finishing.
Press the button "exit system" on the touch screen.
Select "system off" to continue.
Do NOT touch any switches or buttons inside the cabinet.
If using the PC, sign out but do NOT shut down.
Troubleshooting Tips
If the computer or video image shows on the computer monitor but does not show on the wall screen, make sure that the "blank" button on the touch panel's projector controls is not highlighted.
If it is in red, press the button to deselect.
If still not projecting, please press and hold down the Windows + 'P' keys and choose "duplicate'.
