SGA Conference Room
This room is where the SGA and Res Life hold meetings. It is also bookable through Macon Reservations.
Using the PC
Use the remote to turn on the TV.
Sign into the PC with your R-MC username and password.
If the content does not automatically project to the TV, use the remote to change sources.
To hide computer content from the projector, hold the Windows key and press the letter ‘P’. Select either “PC Only” or “Second Screen Only”.
To return computer content to the projector, hold the Windows key and press the letter ‘P’. Select “Duplicate”.
When finished, sign out of the desktop. Please Do NOT shut down.
Use the remote to turn off the TV.
Using a Laptop
Use the remote to turn on the TV.
Sign into the laptop and then switch the HDMI cable from the desktop to the laptop.
If the laptop's content does not automatically project to the TV, use the remote to change inputs.
To hide laptop content from the projector, disconnect the laptop cable.
To return laptop content to the projector, reconnect the laptop cable.
When finished, disconnect the laptop and re-attach it to the desktop.
Use the remote to turn off the TV.
